HELP: Posts/Blog doesn't work

I just found a strange thing for the Blog/post function as below:

In the Reading settings for the Front page displays, when select Your latest posts, the front page will display NEW COUPONS, BLOG/POST function works; when select A static page (select below), the xxxxxx.com/blog won't work, which change to the NEW COUPONS page (the front page as Your latest posts selected) . In another word, you can't find your posts on your site. But I do want my posts under the xxxxx.com/blog and set a special page as my Front Page.

How can I do that? Thanks!
