Thread: How do I add a tiled background for the body section of the page?

How do I add a tiled background for the body section of the page?

I am just starting my site, - it's not ready for public consumption yet.

I edited blue.css and was able to tile a background, but only at the top of the page:

discountfu.com

Does anyone know what file I'd fiddle with to get this to tile down to the footer? I like the footer the way it is right now - might tile something different there - still playing w/ design elements.
