    How to stop downvoting on coupons

    Some of our visitors are intentionally down voting on the coupons which are just published and all end deals are working fine. when some one down votes, the coupons are showing as unreliable and are hidden from home page. I want to show rating as 100% always. How to stop down voting the coupons?
