Image on store is not being saved

Hi

I am having the same issue fpro images are not being save when I try to attach an image to store. I have seen the solution you have provided and tried but it will not work. I dont have any child theme installed nor any plugins except "Commission Factory". Can you please help my site is www.coups.com.au
