Logo image will not load and widgets locked

I have a corrupted Clipper theme! Whilst it installs, and I have the Amazon advert showing it has supposedly loaded correctly, the widgets are locked and I can't upload a logo.

It just won't upload a logo no matter what I try. I have also uploaded via FTP and all I get is the text not the image. I have tried loading it as a jpg, gif, png and none work. I have uploaded the logo into the /public_html/wp-content/themes/clipper1/images/Hhw-header image.jpg (also .gif and .png) I have tried uploading it from the directory on my computer and then clicked "Add Image" and that box does absolutely nothing.

Very very frustrating - given the price I paid.

The documentation and videos for Clipper are very limited to say the least when compared to the PremiumPress "Couponpress" theme I bought for $79 which has a 59 page support document plus a number of videos to go with it. However, Premium Press is not really suited to a long term website I have called which is predominantly a "how to site". The reason I wish to get Clipper working properly is that the coupons don't seem to take over the "Posts" pages but remain within the "Coupon" section.

The matter regarding the logo and widgets need to be resolved quickly please.
