Problem with clipper

I'm having some problems with this theme -
1. can't update store links, they won't save
2. can't update store pics, it won't save after hitting "save".
3. the voting system for codes doesn't work, even when voting up, it still shows 0% success.
4. doesn't show views on codes, it says "no views yet" even though there were views.
there are probably more problems with this theme, I'm very disappointed, I paid for a theme that is basically useless, the demo looks great, but nothing really works for me.
can anyone help me with this? I sent an email about this and they told me to come to this forum and ask here, what kind of company does that?
