Publishing Coupons through Importer

Hello Friends,

i figured out how to upload coupons through importer of CLIPPER. but it is keeping all the new coupons in DRAFTS. how to publish them automatically when uploading itself. there is no START DATE field in the EXAMPLE provided by you. but i tried to use DATE column as START DATE, but even then they are going into the drafts. please let me know if anyone has any good time saving method for this.
Also can anyone tell me how to add a banner into the COUPON DESCRIPTION. because the banner code should be pasted in HTML tab of the EDITOR. Please solve these problems for me. Anyone. will be WAITING...
