robots.txt user agent dissalow

Hello i install the new theme few days ago, and today i was looking some seo tool and it say i have a robots.txt running that say user-agent: disallow, i newer upload a robots.txt to block the google boot.... and when i look to my domain sharmcoupons.com/robots.txt it show me the disallow. how can i allow the user agent?
