Security Issues

hello

I install clipper theme.

The problem is, after 3-4 days, we get 4-5 new user requests.

Tomorrow, we get 1700 Fake user requests, from different IPs.

its due to fake user and hacker activity.

by the way, my site is new.. ( we are just testing theme in a new domain name)

can u please suggest me, how we can avoid fake users? and please suggest me security plugin, which we should use with clipper
