Store URL, destination URL, store image won't save after clicking save

Hi,

I am pretty tired of looking at the same type of thread, I keep digging forum so that I will find an answer and I can fix it, but all seem to end up with support staff asking their site URL and PW, then it gets fixed by the support. So I am going to post this here, and send PM to the support, assuming that would solve the problem.

My problem:

I tried to create a new store or edit and save, but any case, the URLs are not saved, the image is not saved. Therefore, images does not show up in feature coupons, nor Store info.

Please help me fix asap...? I've been trying to figure out by reading similar postings from others, but not single thread shows why this occurs nor how to fix exactly.

I am not running any plugins, my clipper is latest.
