"Unreliable Coupons" doesnt work?

Hi,
when i´m honest im really frustrated about Clipper. I bought it in hope for a great theme and a great opportunity, but that was false.
The money for this - in my eyes - unfinished theme ist really too much! I regret that i bought it...

A lot of important features aren´t working at all. The biggest problem i have right now is, that expired coupons just stay at the normal list instead of moving to "Unreliable Coupons" or being completely removed.
Is there any solution in work?
