Changing background color of the button "Post a project now"

Hey guys,

I’m having problems with editing style.css. Changes made are not updated.

1. How do I change the color of the button "Post a project now" in the header of Hirebee and Freelancerr? Have tried to edit style.css but it's not updating.

2. I’m still waiting for help regarding altered footer and page in Hirebee. It looks like the home page has a boxed layout, while others are full-width. See thread:
