Dispute (hirebee)

Hi Jomark,
Anna (Employer) has created a project and Sylvain (freelancer) has completed the project -> project status: completed
Anna is not happy.To cancel it, she can choose between 2 choises : canceled or incomplete
Note:
canceled and incomplete, even if the names are different, they have the same action :
canceled = canceled
incomplete = canceled
Sylvain is notified by e-mail that the project is canceled, but he does not know he can open a dispute.
In the old versions, Sylvain could be aware that he could open a dispute by e-mail (off-site) and by a message (in the site) but there the information has disappeared!
**************************************************
Warning :
do not put this information when the project is canceled by the employer, while the freelancer is "In development".
Why ?
Because the freelancer is working on the project, his work is not yet sent to the employer, the employer is only reimbursed.There is no dispute between the two.
*******************************
It is necessary that the developers put an independent sentence, which would appear the day after the cancellation.
Example:
The project (klm) has been canceled.
You can declare a dispute (klm).
Before in older versions: the freelancer had a message that said:
You have (3 days) to declare a dispute.
Then one day after:
You have (2 days) to declare a dispute.
Then one day after:
You have (1 day) to declare a dispute.
Then one day after:
Hello% 1 $ s,% 2 $ s
Just to inform you that the deadline to open a dispute on% 3 $ s as ended.% 2 $ s
The employer will be fully refunded for this project.
At the moment, the time spent (3 days) does not change anything and it's better !
The employer is not automatically reimbursed.It's up to me to pay or reimburse one or the other party.Funds remain stuck in the administration of the site (see photo 1).
Poedit sentences must be deleted (see photo 2 and photo 4)
The team must to delete the days
see -> payments -> settings -> funds (see photo 3)
