Hirebee : 2 bugs with the new version

This morning, I spotted 2 problems :
Issue 1
The freelancer has finished the project, but the client declares it as "canceled" or "incomplete". He is not satisfied !
Le freelancer don't open a dispute (for example 3 days to open a dispute).
The 4th day, so without any news from the freelancer, the client must be automatically reimbursed and the freelancer is not remunerated for his work.
Before the HIREBEE update of the month of August, this was going very well but now the funds remain blocked in the back office of the site.

Issue 2
The freelancer has finished the project. The project is very well done !
If the client marks it as canceled or incomplete because he is in bad faith : a dispute can be opened by the freelancer.
AMAZING :
I have seen that the client can return in his dashboard to :
-> payments -> purchases-> actions
and he can cancel to get its funds and the funniest is that the freelancer may also open a dispute and be reimbursed by the site administrator, which seems impossible.
Before the HIREBEE update of the month of August, this was going very well.
