A problem with password reset.
After registration our clients can't log in so they tried to reset the password and got
"Please enter your username or email address. A new password will be emailed to you. I give a username or e-mail."
Then they get an e-mail:
"To reset your password, visit the Following address: link ..."
They click on the link, and get message:
"Sorry, did not appear to be key does valid. Please try again."
It is the same if they try to reset the password.
I am losing customers because they can't get into the site
