Problem with proposals

I have a problem with proposals

when i post a project and i receive 1 or two proposals.......how can i sent a [simple] message to the people who proposed? This seems not possible without actually "select" the proposal.


In my opinion there has to be a way to [without selecting the proposal] you can sent a message to the people who proposed.
