    Unable to post comment on Ideas

    I am unable to post any comment on ideas, when I open an idea there is no option to enter comment. I can't click the comment balloon as well. I have installed a plugin "no comment on page" but removed it and its files thinking it might be interfering with it however its still not working.

    I am unable to post comment from Admin login
    I am unable to post comment from contributor login
