    403 (Forbidden) Error when Submitting/Editing resumes

    Hi there,

    Every so often, a user gets a 403 (Forbidden) error when trying to submit/edit a resume.

    Please see the following screenshots:


    Download and run the command in the 2nd url in Terminal.app/xterm/sh/etc to exactly reproduce the problem. All plugins have been disabled, theme has been reinstalled, but still having an issue. Please advise!
