    add favicon to jobroller?

    my site is http://www.sportingjobs.org/

    i have an icon favicon.ico loaded into the images folder and added this code to the header below the </head>

    <link href="http://www.sportingjobs.org/themes/jobroller/images/favicon.ico" rel="shortcut icon" type="image/x-icon" />

    cant see the favicon tho in ie browser..

    can anyone help?
