Adding text to job listing template

Hi all, I would quite like the the text 'Please mention <blog name> in your covering letter and application', to appear on the job description page, just above the 'apply online/print job/view map' buttons. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I created a basic child theme in order to create the footer section, so preferably i'd like to know how I can add it to the child theme so it doesn't get overridden by updates?
