Best hosting company with allow_url_fopen=on

Hi guys,

My question is simple, I want to know the best hosting company (price,quota,services,support location)

And the most important that thier servers accept the allow_url_fopen=on to allow to open and include the google map urls! and to be used in the search by location in JR !

Please if anyone has recommandation for any hosting company, i wish you dont hesitate because my company didnt want to allow it for a shared plan and they kept saying " it's too risky, dangerous, you be hacked,... " and honestly, it's irritating that when you call for support, you expect help,solution,ideas, suggestions, but you never expect that they show you how bad it is without giving even a hope !
