Buttons in spanish

Hi there! I'm from Chile, South America. I recently bought this theme for my business project and it's working fine, but since most of my viewers are latin american, I was wondering if there's a way to translate the buttons and other functions (say Freelance, Full-time, internship, etc..) into spanish. My wordpress is already in spanish but I still see those buttons and options in english.

I know there's a downloadable spanish pack here but the question is: is it helpful? If so, how and where do I install it? (my site is something like www.my-domain.com/my-jobboard)
