Change Custom Post Type & Taxonomy URLs

I have changed on Settings --> Advanced

But they are still the same.....

IMPORTANT: You must re-save your permalinks for this change to take effect

I go to Options --> Permalinks

Save, but they are still there.

I mean, at Settings --> Advanced they appear like changed, but the URL's are still the same. What i´m doing wrong?
