Couple of problems

Hi I emailed you but havent received any reply yet. So i will try here.

1. The rev slider wont show on the home page. It is just a white space when I choose rev slider instead of a picture. I have tried to deactivate all other plugins but it wont make a diffeerence.

2. The facebook widget, wont work when I insert our facebooks pages id. Do I need to create some facebook app, in order for this to worK?

3. The logo turns really big on smaller screens. Is there anyway to make the logo mobile friendly?

4. I cant find the code, where I remove the submit a job button. Plz, help.

5. Might be a stupid question, but all maps doesnt work, do I need to crate som google maps app, for it to work, or why does it only show a white space on the contact page?
