Delete an Image

Hi, you will see in my job posts, 2 duplicate images. I want to remove the image that is located to the left of the Job Description within each post. I only want the image in the sidebar above "Submit a Job" to be present. Can someone please show me which file and which code I need to either comment out or remove in order to remove this image?

P.S. I would also like to be able to hyperlink the image located above the "Submit a Job" button on the right sidebar.
