Editing Home Page

Somehow, I ended up with a remnant of code from removing a side bar widget for a space ad up in the header of my home page.

If I look at my source code for the page, I can see that line 71 is not correct, The Full Time, Part Time, Latest code that should be there is an image url instead....see the site to see it displaying incorrectly up at the top.

Where do I need to go to edit this code? I know what I need to replace and with what, I just can't find my way to the file... Should I use edit or my control panerl file manager and which file am I editing?

Also, if you are looking at the site and have any insight as to why my location and radius searches are not working, I need help with that too.
