Enhanced Listing Options - Upgrades?

Hi, regarding the feature your listing checkbox that is currently available on the Preview / Job Options page and reads "Featured listings are displayed on the homepage and are also highlighted in all other listing pages." I would like to be able to offer the following also.

I would like to be able to place the employers business logo (125x125) in the right sidebar of the site where it is rotated and linked to their current job posting for an additional upgrade fee of $15. This would give the employer more exposure and an additional revenue option for the site owner.

Example: HIGHLIGHTED $15
Appears highlighted in the job list with a different color. Your business logo is also rotated in the right sidebar of the site.
