Fatal error: Call to undefined function jr_login_form()

Hello,

When not logged in the Job Roller theme, if you click on the Submit a Job link, we get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function jr_login_form() in /home/mosaic/public_html/wp-content/themes/jobroller/tpl-submit.php on line 113

We are currently using the latest development release from 7/8 because of some pagination issues that needed to be resolved. this is the first time I have encountered the error above.
