Featured jobs are not marked as featured

When a user posts a job (that costs money, paid via paypal), their job should be accepted automatically and marked as a featured job.
Starting from a recent update to wordpress, the jobs are marked as a regular job type, and not featured. (i.e.: a person pays to get a job featured, it gets published, but as a regular job)

The job plan definitions look fine.
