Featured jobs posted as featured without payment

We are setting up and testing our JobRoller job board, and ran into an issue with featured jobs. I discovered that jobs are posted as featured even if payment is not made for the featured option. This happens when a job poster selects the Featured option on the last page of the submit form, then hits Confirm/Submit. At this point, the job poster is taken to the payment page. Regardless of what happens next, the job is posted as a Featured Job. Is this a known issue, and is there any solution anticipated or available?
