Form Builder - Not Working

Hi,

The form builder is not working.

I tried to add some fields in job ads using form builder. Its visible when you are trying to add some job ads in editing section. But when you published it, the additional fields was not visible to to published job ads. And when I try to edit that again, its shows that the new fields is not working properly, because it wasn't save at all.

The below image is the form builder I have made for the specific job categories.

The below image shows that the additional fields I have made was successfully shown in the submit job form.

The below image shows that the additional fields that I've thought was successfully added was completely failed, because the fields was not appear when I published the job ads.

So please kindle help me to sort this bugs.
