grey.gif in sidebar

Hi, we are using Jobroller 1.6.1 and the latest version of WP.
For our jobsite www.meinkarrieretipp.net we observe the following phenomenon:
On the homepage everything is fine, but on subpages, the sidebar widges (imgages) don't show correctly. e.g on a detailed ad (http://www.karrieretipp.net/stellena...iter-salzburg/) the images just show after you scroll down a bit. First you get a grey box. Or worse on http://www.karrieretipp.net/category/karrierestart/ you get completely grey boxes in the sidebar and they stay grey. It seems that the grey.gif overrules the images in the sidebar.
