    Grey image on the side bar on initial load

    hellow can someone help me solve this problem, my images on the sidebar do not display they show a grey thingy on initial load, the images will show only if you scroll to the bottom of the page, then up again, what is the problem? is it jobroller problem or my childtheme problem> please help i will really appreciate, my website, http://www.ajiraonline.com
