How to allow employer to select various job categories?

Hello,

I have some trouble with that. Indeed, the employer can only select one category during the submition process but with the approval, the administrator can add others job categories.

So, how can i allow employer to add various categories?


And i have another question. I switch my theme in french but for the selection of the job categorie, in the list i still the phrase in english : Select a category.

Do you know where can i modify the code? And why it is not in the .po file? I attached a screenshot.
