How to clean up this mess

Hi,

I am using the latest Jobroller version with the Dutch language file,
Eventhough the language file provided the translation Jobroller is refusing to show this translation and simply shows the english string.
This happens for several strings but not all.

Support says 'This is the first Case I see this' and he suggests me to keep editing them because he found out that some will start working,
But I don't want to experience too much on a live site.


My questions are:
- How can I determine which template file is used to display a certain part?
- I am using a child template but I can I include the theme-emails in my child folder or doesn't that work?
- Anyone has a working Dutch Language FIle?
