How to Deactivate Lazy Loader - Second Try

I asked a couple weeks ago how to deactivate the Lazy Loader js library and was advised I could remove the call from theme-enqueue.php. This worked, but now I'm just finding out it has been preventing my users from posting jobs and resumes because the Google location input requires Lazy Loader to generate a job/resume location.

Is there a way to deactivate this library without breaking the Google API?

I do like the idea of loading images only as they're needed but this library is a bit of a nuisance. Images don't always load as they should and it breaks in mobile devices. Not sure about other JR users, but I'd like to suggest it's left out of future JR versions.
