    How To Delete Latest Jobs Button

    I am building my Site and you can see it at internationalmedicaljobs.

    To the right side of the banner is a button that says "latest jobs". How do I delete this button so that I can extend the banner across the top of the page for a more balanced look?

    If I do delete that button I will need to put in a home button or home page in the top navigation bar. How would I do that?

    Thank you so very very much for any help you can provide. I would appreciate it immensely.
