How to expand the JOB DESCRIPTION editor box (Submit a Job) on the front-end?

When you 'Submit a Job' (front-end) you have a job description box (WYSIWYG).
How do I enlarge this box (height and width)?
The WYSIWYG editor doesn't allow bullet points to be dark and filled (they are hollow and empty) and there is no indent (bullet points like in word where it indents).
