How to get rid of 'job categories' in post meta in single job listing

Hi all!

I need jobroller to not display all 'taxonomies' in the post meta of the single job listing page. To be more specific: I want Jobroller to NOT display the Job category, but DO display the job type and the tags. Right now it says:

<p class="meta"><em><?php the_taxonomies(); ?></em></p>

but I just can't seem to find out where I can change these taxonomies.
I hope you can help me out with a solution.
