how do I require more fields in the user registration?

I have a new user on my site that I'm pretty sure is just logged in so he can try to hack the site. The user name is "ucantrustme" and the e-mail is similar & @gmail.

I can go ahead and delete the user if I feel compelled - but I'd like to require other fields like first & last name to make it more of a pain for anyone who wants to try to mess w/ the site.

I had a phpBB set up on a site that ended up with over 5000 users that were all fake - it was a nightmare.

I can't help but be suspicious when someone registers on the site for no reason at all and doesn't put in their name or any other info.
