    How do I upload a The Blog Picture (or Blavatar) to my jobrollers theme?

    Hi can anyone please help me?

    I would like to upload my company logo to the left of the URL in the address bar and to be used for any pingbacks or trackbacks sent out from your blog. I read they should be in the wordpress general settings under Blog Picture / Icon, but that option is not available. I'm using WordPress 3.3.2. , JobRoller 1.5.5, and FXtender Pro.
