Huge flaw in the mobile part of JobRoller 1.7.1

The mobile part of JobRoller 1.7.1
has a huge flaw in it

Mobile websites should be locked in place
but the JobRoller 1.7.1 moves all over the place

and it does not really work as a mobile site at the moment

When you view JobRoller instead of it being locked into the size of your mobile device screen it moves all over the place

The registration form does not scale down properly
as well

I truly believe that JobRoller needs to be rebuilt
with the features being a plugin and the theme just being
a responsive php strong WP theme with simple change colour
etc features
