Indeed not returning expected search results

I've just installed JobRoller and one of first things I wanted to do was get some jobs listed by using the Indeed Integration. It is not returning expected results though.
Example 1:
www.indeed.co.uk - search for: Retail Assistant for location Isle of Wight with 10 Mile Radius = 99% of results on first page are from the Isle of Wight.
www.wightjobfinder.co.uk (my JR site) - search for: Retail Assistant for location Isle of Wight with 10 Mile Radius = only 1 result is from Isle of Wight.
Example 2:
visit
www.wightjobfinder.co.uk and the homepage results are nearly all Isle of Wight because I've made of handful of queries to keep it that way.
Using the Browse by category filter to select a category such as Accountancy though and no jobs listings are listed from Indeed.
Questions:
1. Why don't the search results match?
2. How do I make results appear for category filtering?
3. My job site is purely focused on the Isle of Wight, UK. Can I make it so that the default location is 'Isle of Wight' with a radius of 0 or 1 so that anyone coming to the site and putting something into the search box will see relevant results?
Would be nice is this API query offered more control and hope you can help with the above.
