Issue with applying job packages manually
Hello,
I am having an issue with users not being able to list their jobs if I manually apply their package. For example, I have an employer who did not self select their package online because they are mailing a check instead of paying online. I manually applied their package and the system never created an order for them. However, the package is listed in their account, but they are unable to list their jobs. they just keep getting errors or their job may show up in the system as a draft, but will not publish. It seems as though it may be an issue with not having an 'order' in the system as well. This has happened to a few of my clients over the years and it is very frustrating for them and me as well. Please help!
