Issue with Plans Expiring
So, I just had an existing customer create a listing:
She received the following e-mails all at the same time!:
Hello ..............................
This email confirms that you have purchased the following items:
Name of Job
Order Summary:
Free 14 Day Trial $0.00
Total $0.00
Regards,
2nd e-mail receive(same time) --- I saw this job listing come through and went to approve it and it was filtered into the trash.
Hi .............,
Your "Free 14 Day Trial" pack, purchased in "November 16, 2015", has ended.
Note that you'll only be able to submit jobs if you have active packs.
To purchase new packs, please go to your Dashboard and click "Buy Packs", under the "Job Packs" Tab.
I'm really confused about all of these issues. What needs to happen. Is there another process or steps that needs to happen so all of these issue don't happen? For example, I did not receive an e-mail with an order so I was never alerted to go there. So, I do what I always do and tried to first approve the job.
