Job Packs - Please Explain

Ok, So I created an official test Job Pack with the following stats:

3 Jobs lasting 5 days for $1.00

Job Pack = 3 Total Jobs

This job pack is selected at the end of the first job submission form.
Since I am buying 3 jobs, I assumed the first job I submitted (to get to the purchase screen) would be job #1.

I have since created a second job with that Job Pack (Job #2 as seen in the Live Jobs screen shot below.)

Then when I viewed my Job Packs in the dashboard, it shows that I have 2 jobs remaining for a grand total of 4 total jobs.

It's important to me that I let people know that a 3-job job pack really equals 4 jobs. (and a 6-job job pack = 7 jobs.)

My questions:

Am I doing something wrong?
How can I get the job pack to show the correct number of jobs when it pulls the data from the job pack creation form?
Has anyone else run into this problem and how have you addressed it?
