Job Roller - Social Login

I am using a social login "OneAll Social Login" plugin seems to work fine. By default it seems to be registering new users as job listers. I am sure this probably a easy fix. I am assuming I will have to change the default sign in roles, but how do I do it.

What I want to do When a user registers using the social plugin I would like them to be automatically assigned as an Job Seeker.
