Job roller Theme posts not displaying on google search engine

Sir, i want to that why my job posts are not displaying on google search engine.

I am using Google XML Sitemaps plugin and this is my sitemap link http://www.careercompete.com/sitemap.xml

I have also submitted this xml sitemap on my google webmaster tool but following error showing on my webmaster tools......
