Jobroller v1.3: where to find the file(s) to change the email text autoresponders?

I'm using Jobroller v1.3 and wish to change the wording of the automated emails that are generated when you upload a job, edit a job, request a password change, etc.

Which file has all the email wording/text so I can amend the text?

PS: I'm not a coder so speak/explain like I'm slightly retarded and don't skip a step as I'm extremely new to Wordpress and Jobroller and don't know when anything is or what it does.

Painfully obvious details and instructions are GREATLY appreciated.
