Jobs being highlighted in grey once they expire after 1 month

    Hi

Can you let me know how to stop jobs from being highlighted in grey (also grey bacground) once they expire after their 1st listing. I think they should be removed from the website and just be in the admin area and allow the user to resubmit if they wish to.

Also I can add jobs from the admin area for free, and it allows me to relist the job from any date. When i try to relist a job by changing its start date it disspaears from the from end website. I just want it to renew itself as if it was a new job.

    Thanks

    LEon
